• Stretched Canvases: Secured in flat protective boxes

• Unstretched Canvases: Rolled in durable mailing tubes

• Free Collection: Available from our Normanton workshop (email to arrange)

Returns Policy

Faulty Products (14-Day Return Window)

1. Contact Us Immediately

   • Email customer service with order number and fault description

   • Do not return items without prior authorization

2. Return Process

   • Ship via Royal Mail Signed For/Special Delivery only

   • Include original packaging and proof of purchase

3. Resolution Options

   • Full refund (including return postage at our discretion)

   • Free replacement

   • Partial refund for minor faults (case-by-case)

Note: We reserve the right to repair visibly damaged items instead of replacement.

Non-Faulty & Customized Items

• Not eligible for returns as products are personalized to your specifications
